VideoAccessCodec has been update, it installs the following files:

%WINDOWS%\lgmxvpat???.dll (where ? is a random caracter)
%WINDOWS%\qtvglped.dll
%WINDOWS%\pmsoarbf.dll
%WINDOWS%\omlbpkaw.dll

Use SmitfraudFix to remove the infection.
